Dell Pro Rugged tablet may experience one or more of the following symptoms: OSK may stop responding for 10 to 15 seconds when tapping quickly with a stylus pen continuously for 5 to 10 minutes. The OSK functionality recovers in 10 to 15 seconds. The touchscreen response may delay for 3.5 seconds when switching from stylus pen to finger touch. Fast clicking causes noise that disrupts sync offset, resulting in an incorrect Microsoft Pen Protocol (MPP) signal and no response. It is touch sensor behavior that the stylus pen cannot coexist with finger touch. When a stylusvpen leaves the touch screen, the senso waits for 3.75 seconds to confirm no more stylus pen signal before switching to finger touch mode.

Updating the EETI eGalax Touch Panel Firmware Update Utility to version 1.0.0.1 or later on the computer resolves the issue. To download and install the firmware, refer to the Driver Update Guide .
