The Alienware Area-51 AAT2265 system will show a black screen after pressing the power button the first time when it is taken out of the box. The first boot can take 3 to 5 minutes to complete.
The system's long initial boot time is caused by memory training recurring when Secure Boot prevents the CMOS from recording a successful previous boot.
The long boot-up time will only happen on the first boot process. Allow the system to complete this process without interruption. If the unit is forced to shut down during this stage, it may encounter a "No POST" issue and will require a hardware reset before the initialization can be completed.
