Update the monitor Firmware to version M2T103 or higher to resolve the issue. Older processors such as Alder Lake (12th Gen), Raptor Lake (13th Gen), and Meteor Lake may not support installing the latest monitor firmware due to hardware limitations. If so, users can go to the Input Source in the monitor menu: Press and hold the Thunderbolt option for eight seconds to open the hotkey menu. Set the Display Stream Compression Bits Per Pixel function and select Support only up to DSC BPP 11
