Workflow service is down on the PowerProtect Data Manager server. System service status shows job creator, job dispatcher, and job executor are down.
Changes were made to entrypoint.sh in order to restart a job automatically. Instructions are listed in the PowerProtect Data Manager Administration Guide in version 19.18. Changes were done improperly and have lines missing '-' characters or with extra '\' characters as below. Dfailed.job.retry.max.count=2 \\ -Dfailed.job.retry.interval=PT30M \\ When modifying the entrypoint.sh file, it is very important that correct syntax is used.
Modify entrypoint.sh to correct the syntax as shown in the PowerProtect Data Manager 19.18 Administration Guide and restart the workflow service. -Dfailed.job.retry.max.count=2 \ -Dfailed.job.retry.interval=PT30M \
