The TSB collection fails two minutes into the operation. There is a software limitation where PowerFlex Manager (PFxM) requires an active connection to the resources. If the connection fails, the TSB collection does not complete successfully.
Either remove the resources from the inventory or resolve the connection issue. If you choose to fix the connection, ensure to run an inventory afterward and verify that the resources are in a healthy state. Impacted versions: PFxM 4.6.x and earlier
