Saveset deletion fails with the following error: Save set '<SSID>' was not deleted: Unable to delete clone ID '<CloneID>' from save set with ID '<SSID>': Clone ID '<CloneID>' is in-progress nsrmm -d -S <SSID>/<CloneID> reports: Some clones did not get deleted. Errors were encountered during deletion. mminfo output shows that the saveset is complete, but one or more clones remain identified as in-progress. Example: # nsrmm -d -S 2354112048/1315762160The following clones will be deleted: 2354112048/1315762160 Continue? yProcessing the clone list. Internal flags on the clone save set were not correctly updated upon completion. The exact cause is unknown, but it results in the clone being incorrectly marked as active, blocking deletion.
Customers must contact Dell Support to manually set the appropriate Job flags using an appropriate script. Reference this article number 000387217 to expedite resolution.
