This alert triggers when drive replacement is performed Onsite.
Perform the heath check for the VNX Array. Check the status of the drive using the below command: naviseccli getdisk x_y_z; Where x denotes bus,y denotes Enclosure,z denotes Drive. If multiple soft media errors or time-out errors have been reported on the mentioned drive, then replace the affected drive. If Health Check of the array is clean, the drive have not logged any media errors, Soft Media/SCSI Errors, and the array is operating normally. No action is required.
