This change was implemented intentionally to standardize PCIe address assignments on PowerEdge XE systems. The following systems include this update: BIOS Version 2.4.4 and later: XE9680 XE9680L BIOS Version 2.5.4 and later: XE8640 XE9640
The change in PCIe device addressing is expected behavior following the BIOS update.
