Description

Symptoms

Certain Dell Pro desktops may present No POST behavior with the power LED blinking four amber and two white. Affected Platforms: Dell Pro Micro QCM1255 Dell Pro Slim QCS1255 Dell Pro Tower QCT1255

Cause

This is related to the BIOS coding issue.

Resolution

Updating to BIOS version 1.5.0 or later on the computer resolves the issue. To download and install the BIOS, refer to the BIOS Update Guide .
