A known issue which is Broadcom internal defect FOS-850662 causes the UFCS lock-stage failed messages. This defect is identified as the root cause of the problem. It is not related to any external factors, such as environmental conditions, system configurations, or user actions.
To resolve the UFCS lock stage failed issue, it is recommended to upgrade to a later version of FOS such as FOS 9.2.1 or later, where the defect FOS-850662 is fixed. The defect FOS-850662 is fixed in FOS 9.2.1, and the future fix to eliminate this unnecessary WARNING level raslog is included under FOS-850662 for FOS 9.2.1 and FOS-850496 for FOS 10.x version.
