When discovering the fabric in SANnav , it returns the error " Given Credentials are Invalid ," even SSH/WebTools works well with the same credential.

Need visibility into all possible VFs On the switch, the user for SANnav discovery only has access to VF 128. Create a user with admin role for all VFs 1-128 on the switch and then discover the fabric with it.
