Before installing the software, ESXi performs acceptance level and VIB signature verification checks. To streamline the signing process, VMware is dual signing the VIB(s). Hence you may see "Could not find a trusted signer" messages in esxupdate.log for one of the two certificates. The other certificate is valid and should allow successful installation. Ensure that software acceptance is set to PartnerSupported. See ' Addition Info ' below on how to check the acceptance level. Ensure the Date, and Time of ESXi are set correctly. If the SDC version is equal to and above 3.6.0.5 or 3.5.1.7 or 3.6.1 Update your ESXi version to a version higher than ESXi 6.7U3 (for example: ESXi 6.7 P05) Use an SDC version that supports the old release of ESXi version \ updates PowerFlex 3.6.0.4
