This is expected behavior due to platform key change.
Workaround for Alienware Aurora R16: This issue is mostly noticed with wireless connection. Switching to a wired connection may work. Disabling OS Kernel DMA Support in BIOS resolves the issue: Press the F12 key to access the one-time boot menu. Select System Setup to enter the BIOS setup. Click the Security Menu option. On the Enable OS Kernel DMA Support , select Disable . Click Save Changes . Click Exit to exit BIOS and reboot the computer. Workaround for the Dell 15 DC15250, Dell Pro 15 Essential PV15250, Inspiron 14 5430, Inspiron 15 3520, Inspiron 15 3530, and XPS 8960: Switch to Microsoft online account log in. Reset PIN number. Go to Setting > Accounts > Sign-in options > Remove PIN. Confirm to remove PIN. Create a new PIN number.
