The pre-upgrade health check (PUHC) is failing on either node A or node B with the error 0xE0403001000C and the error detail cause is check_timed_out as the reason.
The PUHC SDNAS NDU check has a 5-minute timeout that was exceeded. One possible cause is that an SDNAS-related log file has become too large, resulting in the PUHC SDNAS NDU check taking too long to complete.
Workaround: Try rerunning PUHC to see if the timeout was a transient event. If the PUHC timeout occurs a second time, contact Dell Technical Support or your licensed service provider and reference this article for assistance. Fix: This issue is addressed in PowerStoreOS 4.0.0.0 and later.
