The Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) service was not available in time when the check was performed, resulting in the connectivity check failing. This CIAM service auto starts and check is failing due to time delay.
Workaround:Once the CIAM service is running, the health check shows as successful.It must be manually acknowledged for the current alert displayed on the screen:Steps:In PPDMA UI, select Alerts in the left menu.Select the Alert.Click the Acknowledge button.Permanent Fix:A fix is expected in a future release.
