Missing or corrupt library file.
Run the following commands to reinstall libltdl.so.7 # sudo yum provides */libltdl.so.7 # sudo yum reinstall libtool-ltdl-2.4.6-25.el8.x86_64 NOTE: If this fails with ' Errors during downloading metadate for repository ' it is likely that the server cannot directly access the online repository, it may be necessary to manually download and install ' libtool-ltdl-2.4.6-25.el8.x86_64 ' Engage with your Linux system administrator to ensure the package is installed correctly. Afterward check that nsrlic - C works correctly, the output should look similar to: # nsrlic -C License is unserved 'NETWORKER_CAPACITY' is supported with a count of 600 TB NOTE: The license returned may be different; however, the command should return the valid licensing information configured for your environment.
