Dell Pro Premium Collaboration Keyboard KB900 and Dell Pro Premium Mouse MS900 may experience issues with the touch controls for Zoom, battery life, wake-up from sleep mode, and battery status reporting.

Dell has made several software and firmware enhancements to address the issues. Users can perform a free software and firmware update to get the best experience with the Dell Pro Premium Collaboration Keyboard KB900 and Dell Pro Premium Mouse MS900. The enhancements include: KB900 touch controls for Zoom (Video, Share-screen, Chat, and Microphone buttons) now also support the MSI installed version of Zoom. This support is using Dell Peripheral Manager. KB900 backlight proximity sensor has been further refined. KB900 battery life has also been tuned. KB900 touch controls for Zoom on and off sensitivity have been further improved. KB900 touch controls for Zoom stability and reliability improvements have been included. KB900 wake-up from sleep mode has been improved. Dell Secure Link USB Receiver has been tweaked to address latency. These enhancements are included with the following software and firmware versions: Dell Peripheral Manager: 1.6.6 and above KB900 firmware: 1.0.5.0 and above MS900 firmware: 0.0.6.1 and above Dell Secure Link USB Receiver firmware: 1.0.5.7 and above To upgrade KB900 and MS900 and USB receiver firmware, download and install Dell Peripheral Manager using the following steps: Download Dell Peripheral Manager(DPeM) . Launch DPeM on your computer. Pair the MS900 and KB900 to the Window operating system installed computer. Click Update Available in the upper right corner ( Figure 1 [English only]). Figure 1: Update Available In the new open window, select the wanted software (e.g DPeM) or KB900/MS900/Dell Secure Link USB Receiver (RF dongle) firmware for upgrading. Dell Peripheral Manager Usage and Troubleshooting Click Update to start the updating process. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete all updates.
