The front USB ports of an Alienware Aurora R12 do not work after updating the BIOS to version 1.1.18. Affected Platforms: Alienware Aurora R12
The front USB ports are disabled in the BIOS settings when version 1.1.18 is installed.
Updating to BIOS version 1.1.19 or later on the computer resolves the issue. To download and install the BIOS, refer to the BIOS Update Guide .
