Currently if customer has Japanese or Chinese (double-byte) characters saved on Contact Information page (as highlighted in below screenshot) collection reports and other files fail to upload. Refer "View and update the contact information" section of the User Guide, to navigate to Contact Information page ( SupportAssist webpage )
We have created a defect to track this issue. It should be released in future versions. Ensure there are no Japanese or Chinese (double-byte) characters saved on Contact information page. We have observed successful uploads for customers after Contact information is modified to NOT include any double-byte characters.
