Due to iDRAC or ESXi host temporary issue, VxRail manager cannot retrieve the host model, and causes the upgrade failure.
Reset the problematic node iDRAC. Log in to the iDRAC UI Navigate to Maintenance > Diagnostics > Reset iDRAC to Factory Defaults Choose "Discard all settings, but preserve user and network settings." Log in to vSphere and put the problematic node into Maintenance Mode. Warm boot the node from iDRAC. After node warm boot completes, exit the node from Maintenance Mode via vCenter UI. Retry/Restart the upgrade
