Operating System: Windows (Any) SDC version: 3.6.0.4 When installing SDC v3.6.0.4, it fails with the below error. There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor. The drv_cfg.exe which is part of the v3.6.0.4 package is corrupted.
Upgrade or Install SDC for Windows version 3.6.0.5 and above. To check SDC compatibility refer PowerFlex Operating System OS Support Matrix If similar errors are observed in later SDC versions, ensure that the latest Windows update is installed.
