Cause

GENERALLY this occurs when any of the MMCS reboots.If any MMCS becomes unresponsive or stopped responding, so on it tries to self-recover it and fixes the issue. This message is expected and is by design.If a manual reboot is performed by a PSE, the same alert message appears in Unisphere for PowerMax or symevent list.

Resolution

Run Unisphere for PowerMax Health Check.Select the array > SYSTEM HEALTH > Actions RUN HEALTH CHECK If it comes clean, the error is recovered and no further action is required.If it fails for any of the Tests, raise a service request with PSE Lab for further troubleshooting. NOTE: If this alert is too frequent raise a service request with PSE Lab for further troubleshooting.
