Open a Service Request so we can investigate a resolution option for this issue. Offer the following information: Source Cluster Name and OneFS version Destination Cluster Name and OneFS version Date and time the issue started or timestamps of recent failures. This information focuses the search through the logs. Were there any changes to the environment before the issues started (network, OneFS upgrades, patches, and so forth). Trigger a full logset gather for the SOURCE and DESTINATION clusters using the " isi_gather_info " command. Offer the filename of the log sets so we can track it down internally. Indicate which policies are failing. Copy and paste what error messages are you experiencing.
