There is no sender or recipients information that is displayed under "To", "From" and "CC" fields of the search results after Dell EMC SourceOne Discovery Manager finishes running a search. Issue is only present when search was a SQL based search instead of being full text index (FTI) based search. Issue would have started after a change was made to SourceOne Archive Database (ES1Archive default name) to set value for " SQLOptimizeRecips " to " 272 ". Following Microsoft SQL statement can be used against archive database to confirm: select DB_NAME() as DataBaseName, ConfigXML.value('(/ExAsCommonCfg/QueryService/SQLOptimizeRecips)[1]','nvarchar(max)') as SQLOptimizeRecips from ServerInfo where ServerName= 'ExAsCommon' After setting "SQLOptimizeRecips" to "272" if a new SQL based search is started following can be observed: If all search results were never present in any of the SourceOne Discovery Manager searches that ran in past, all search results have empty "To", "From" and "CC" fields. If all search results were present as results within SourceOne Discovery Manager searches that ran in past when above mentioned setting was not enabled, all search results have sender or recipients information under "To", "From" and "CC" fields. If search results that are produced by new search contain some messages from past searches, when above mentioned setting was not enabled and remaining messages were after enabling the setting, then newly added messages to the search hits will be missing sender or recipients information.
