Ensure correct Java version installed as per the VxRack Upgrade guide cd /usr/java/latest/bin java -version Check VxFlex GW VM assigned memory size. The VxRackFlex Upgrade guide states that GW must have at least 4 GiB memory assigned cat /proc/meminfo
