Installing a QuickDisconnect connector ( Figure.2 Installation Steps) Line the QuickDisconnect connector up with the port on the front bumpers of your system. Press and hold in the button of the top of the QuickDisconnect connector. Insert the connector into the port on the front bumper and keep the button on the connector pressed in. Release the button on the connector once it is fully seated in the port to lock the connector in place. The QuickDisconnect connector and whatever is attached to it, is now securely locked in place. Removing a QuickDisconnect connector To disconnect the QuickDisconnect connector from the system, press and hold in the button on the top of the connector. While holding the button in on the connector, pull the connector out of the port on the chassis front bumper. Let go of the button on the connector once it is fully removed from the port. The QuickDisconnect connector and whatever is attached to it, is now separate from the chassis. Back to Top
