After certain TLS Versions Settings and Manually configure ciphers list any change on Administration System Security Setting will restart the application service, for example: If "TLS Versions Settings" is just selected TLS 1.2 and in the "Manually configure ciphers list" are just selected -TLS_RSA_WITH_AES_128_GCM_SHA256 -TLS_ECDHE_ECDSA_WITH_AES_128_GCM_SHA256 -TLS_DHE_RSA_WITH_AES_256_CBC_SHA256 -TLS_RSA_WITH_AES_256_GCM_SHA384 -TLS_DHE_RSA_WITH_AES_256_GCM_SHA384 -TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_AES_128_GCM_SHA256 -TLS_DHE_RSA_WITH_AES_128_GCM_SHA256 If you select another cipher and then discard that change, any change on Administration System Security Setting will restart the application service.
