Symptom

Log into ISE. Navigate to Operations > Troubleshooting > Download Logs. Select the desired ISE node. Click checkbox to include debug logs. Click Create Support Bundle to save the support bundle to your local computer (Support Bundle will not be generated, No error will be shown)

Conditions

Try to Create a Support Bundle without specifying an Encryption Method. It will fail without an error being visible to the User.

Workaround

Select an Encryption Method when generating a Support Bundle
