1. The guest user is redirected for self-registration. The guest users register themselves. 2. ISE sends a COA for the enabled "Grace period." 3. The sponsor receives an email Approval Request with options to Approve or Deny. 4. The sponsor clicks "Deny" for the request. 5. The guest user receives a denial email notification login page shows the "Deny" but still has access even after grace period ends. - The issue is that after the enabled grace period times out, ISE is unable to send a COA packet with the Disconnect Request. - In the pcap capture, COA packet is not visible. In guest reports, the failure is visible as: 86029 Failed to perform a CoA termination.
Using Guest portal with the options: [x] Require guests to be approved [x] Allow guests to use Grace Access during sponsor's approval. Grace Access duration for 10 minutes.
- This issue has been observed only in 3.3 P4. - P3 and P5 does not show this issue.
- P5 is affected by another bug that needs to be taken into account: CSCwp01022.
