Symptom

On Cat-9K "ip dhcp snooping vlan information option format-type circuit-id override string" command when applied to the port-channel interface (PagP/LACP/Static) disappears from the port-channel interface running configuration whenever the logical interface flaps (either when the switch reloads or port-channel flap or admin sh/no shut). When the command is added directly to the member interfaces of the port-channel, it reflects in the switch running configuration but the command doesn't take effect and the circuit-id is not overwritten.

Conditions

When ever the port-channel flaps, switch reloads, Admin sh/no sh of the port-channel interface.

Workaround

Post flap re-add the configuration manually or via EEM.
