Description

Symptom

Securitas tracking software generates an out-of-sight event for RFID when the tag fails to report based on the configured interval.

Conditions

9120 AP on 9800 controller running 17.9.4a image.

Workaround

None

Further Problem Description

AP debugging shows that each tag beacon is seen at the AP's radio. However, a packet capture shows the tag was never reported upstream to the controller.
