When FMC is configured to use not English based UI Health Monitoring warnings may report that ntpd time synchronization fails.
FMC UI will show yellow health alerts showing: Mgmt. center is attempting to reach configured NTP servers.
Health policy is applied to FMC and "Time Server Status" module is enabled
Health policy is applied to FMC and "Time Server Status" module is disabled to avoid false alerts.
This situation is happening only if other that English version is used. II "may" affect customers who use not english localization. And only if they have issues with NTP. And only if they enable HM plug-in for ntp servers health detection. The message would be still in English and incorrect.
