Symptom

Restore fails at Lan Discovery for restoring a backup created from 12.1.3b where it has VPC setup between 2 N9K switches. This problem happens randomly.

Conditions

A backup is created on a system which has VPC setup between 2 N9K switches. Where the backup file for the llink_peer table contains empty value for the columns local_addr and dest addr.

Workaround

There are 2 ways to fix it. First is modify the backup tar ball. Second is change the columns local_addr and dest_addr of the llink_peer table to nullable. Please reach out to TAC to for applying the workaround.
