Symptom
New out of box 9130/9136/916x APs going through continuous reboots with 9300H upoe+ switch or the issue may also be seen if an existing APs reload and try to power up again.
Conditions
When new APs boot up or AP reboot and join back on WLC.
Other types of switches are not impacted.
Workaround
Turn off CDP on the switch or switch port where APs are plugged.
Cisco is working to build APSP for 17.9.4a/17.9.5.
Fix exists on 17.12.3
