After upgrading the ISE 3.1 on latest patch (P7) to 3.2 version, SNMPV2 community string not supporting "!" character in the community string: ISE-32/admin(config)#snmp-server community test! ro ----------------------------------------------------^ syntax error: unknown argument ISE-32/admin(config)# ISE-32/admin(config)#snmp-server community test ro % Warning: SNMPv1/v2c is currently enabled and has known Security vulnerabilities, configure SNMPv3 instead. ISE 3.2 and 3.3 are affected.
In 3.2 and latest versions "!" special character needs backward slash symbol (\). Use "\!"
