PPPOE traffic is getting dropped in IPv4 invalid length in ingress drop counter. Also in some cases NP crash is seen.
This can occur randomly when PPPOE data packet with IPv4/IPV6 is received. Unexpected ingress drops and NP lockup is seen for PPPOE packet.

This problem happens because in pppoe flow we are not using the correct l2_hdr_len which can lead to below scenarios 1. NP can try to access a packet beyond the packet memory and can cause NP crash. 2. In some cases the device might see drops with this counter name :: "IPv4 invalid length in ingress"
