HSEC License Log did not show after installation and reboot on C8300-2N2S-4T2X

Conditions

Customer has two routers same model C8300-2N2S-4T2X and version V176_2_CSCWA26509 , on both routers same HSEC license has installed and rebooted. One router showed the below log but the 2nd router didn't: * Jul 28 14:24:07.580: %CRYPTO_SL_TP_LEVELS-6-VAR_NEW_VALUE: Setting crypto bidir throughput to: 2500000 kbps However I double checked fro QFP util output, license took effect but its a cosmetic bug that the error didn't visible.

Workaround

Double check the QFP util output to confirm the license took affect and increased the throughput of the device to 2.5Gig 'show platform hardware qfp active data util'
