Symptom
Observing mac-flap notification on the switch with speed set 1000 f9136 AP with 2 ports connected to switch.
observing this issue even if we set one port speed auto and another port speed to 1000.

with 9136 AP , connect 2 ports to switch and set the speed to 1000
