Symptom

When the vlan name or description is longer than 32 characters with vtp version 3, netconf doesn't work properly.

Conditions

Catalyst 9k, vlan name with more than 32 chars with vtp version 3

Workaround

Change vlan name and description text to be shorter than 32 characters in length
