custom app creation/edit fails

Conditions

vmanage upgrade from older version that had custom apps with zero port rule (e.g. 0-200)

Workaround

first remove custom apps with zero port configured or apps with duplicate IP/serverName rules. then reconfigure these apps without zero port value or duplicate rule. e.g. if an app has port range "0-12" , reconfigure it with port range "1-12" e.g. if two apps app1 and app2 both have same IP 3.3.3.3 , remove 3.3.3.3 from one of them.
