A cEdge with CloudExpress configured might reboot due to a CXP process crash. In the output of "show sdwan reboot history" we see reboot reason: Critical process cxpd fault on rp_0_0.
This issue was observed on a SDWAN cEdge device configured with CloudExpress (Cloud OnRamp for SaaS) for Office365 application. The CXP process fault was observed in the following scenario: With CoR SaaS enabled, DNS query will be initiated periodically by CXPD for the SaaS URLs. On receiving a DNS response in UDP channel with truncate bit set (this will be set if the DNS response is larger than 512 bytes), DNS query will be initiated in TCP channel and the CXPD will hit a crash if the TCP connection termination is initiated by the DNS server.
Disable CloudExpress in vManage: Administration->Settings->Search for Cloud Express -> Click in Disable -> Save
