FTD 6.4 did not come online after FXOS upgrade from 2.7 to 2.10.

Conditions

May be due to related bug: CSCwa18889

Workaround

Save and upload the large ssp_ntp.log file by moving it to /var/data/cores location. Delete the file after upload.
