On a Cisco SDWAN cEdge device, if a security policy is configured with High Speed Logging (HSL), then the router may send a flood of HSL packets after a reboot. To identify HSL traffic transmitted and dropped by the device, check with the command: show platform hardware qfp active datapath infrastructure hsl instance
This problem only occurs after a router reload while HSL is enabled with the security policy.
