Symptom

With network loop in local end SONET/SDH controller, remote end SONET/SDH controller is not coming up [B1/B2 errors observed]

Conditions

Issue seen only with below IM and only when OC3 optics is used. A900-IMA3G-IMSG NCS4200-3GMS
