In a DHCPv6 Relay on BVI, when a client is being released, a syslog gets emitted from standby, due to varying conditions during add and delete from WAVL tree. The fix adds correct condition thereby avoiding the condition to emit the syslog.
Standby RP emits syslog: TP1120: dhcpv6d_relay_entry_delete: couldnt delete from relay IFNAME tree for uid: 0x1005a16 (16800278)
