Wireless clients fail to connect - traces show: Delete client. Processing delete request, delete reason: 112, CO_CLIENT_DELETE_REASON_EXCLUDE_IP_THEFT
This is seen in a network design using a 9800 wireless controller, where multiple clients have the same IP address (this can be a valid configuration, for example, when using some vendors' EoGRE WAGs, which assign the same address to all clients.) The failures can be seen even when "no wireless wps client-exclusion ip-theft" and "no ip mac-binding" are configured.

This problem is not seen when using an AireOS controller. In 17.7.1 and above, multiple clients (centrally switched or locally switched) can connect, if "no ip mac-binding" is configured on the wireless policy.
