Symptom

License Consumed count is not getting updated in the ISE GUI while API call to ISE (https://x.x.x.x:3443/admin/API/mnt/Session/License/LicenseCountsFromSessionDB) displays correct count "show logging application ise-psc.log | include ERROR" displays a similar error like the next one 2021-04-01 22:30:00,123 ERROR [Mnt-AlarmTaskTypeExecutor-3][] cisco.mnt.dbms.license.LicenseApi -::::- Error while executing the query java.sql.SQLException: Closed Statement
