On Cisco C9800 Software (C9800_IOSXE-K9), Version 17.3.1, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc5), NACM rule configuration is lost after the reload. Device fails inventory collection in Cisco DNA Center as NETCONF query fails in the absence of NACM rule.
This issue is observed when, 1. RMI feature creates NACM records on standby node and then DB is persisted locally on standby 2. After switchover NACM rule and Cisco DNA Center connectivity is lost.
First remove any RMI related configs and execute write memory command. To recover from this situation please remove DMI_STATE_DB meta file, and reload if it is ok to do so.
