Symptom
We see the following alarms on ISR4331 devices with version 16.12.01e, with controllers on version 19.:

The processes that are showed on the warning might be causing the High Memory Utilization.

Further Problem Description
Reload the devices wont resolve the problem.
You can validate that you are having this issue with #show log by filtering " Used Memory value 91% exceeds warning level 88%."
The devices might generate a crash file and this will be saved on the bootflash. You can validate running #show sdwan system status
