SNMP Trap for an AP being reset manually from the 9800 Wireless Controller GUI or CLI does not get generated. Nor is the trap generated when the AP joins back
9800 WLC configured to send SNMP Traps and AP traps are enabled
Enter "trapflag AP register" in the Controller CLI.
This command should be enabled by default in order to have the traps sent. The fix would include this to be enabled out-of-the-box.
